Job Profile:

- Co-ordinating with HOD's for Human Resource Planning

- Devise Talent Management Norms and Attrition management

- Innovative Compensation structure

- Should have passion for recruitment / head hunting.

- Handle End-to-End Recruitment

- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications

- Should work on different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Timesjobs, LindekIn

- Hiring at Optimal cost

- Handling HR operation
