Assistant Manager - Plant HR Role - Plant\IR- Human Resources Designation- Assistant Manager Reporting To : CHRO Location : Mohali, Punjab Industry : Manufacturing ( Healthcare products ) Job Description/Technical Competency: - Develop labour policies. - Handle grievance procedures- Grievance Management - Head monthly labour management meetings - Prepare documentation regarding labour relations assignments. - Control Blue Collar Absenteeism & Attrition. - Ensure Statutory Compliance Management- ESIC, EPF,Gratuity. - Conduct and ensure workers' Induction & Trainings. - Prepare MIS Reports for Attrition , Absenteeism , Manpower , Accidents in Plant. - Co-ordinate with Production for the welfare of workers. - Head Medical Check up Camps\Doctor's Visit. - Ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit. - Forecasting the labour requirements and planning it accordingly - Blue Collar Hiring & On-boarding. - Ensure healthy working conditions for employees within the unit - Monitoring the compliance needs on a monthly basis and take corrective actions based on the monthly report. Job Specification: Qualification: MSW/IR Diploma/Degree X & XII marks : Above 75% Year of Experience : 6-8 yrs Nature of Industry : Manufacturing Behavioral Skills : - Problem solving and decision-making abilities - Good verbal and written communication skills - Negotiation Skills - Empathy & Politeness
