Assistant Manager/Manager - Smart Factory IoT & Analytics - Tyre Manufacturing Firm

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary) :

An important team member in digitization journey. The role manages multiple projects under the digitalization umbrella. Program management, project execution and implementation of smart factory initiatives in our plants

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ;

- Understanding of PLCs/SCADA/MES

- Implementation experience of sensors in plants for different use cases and also IoT for different kind of machines within the plants/SCADA/PLC's

- Project implementation using AWS IoT services in plants

- Understanding of Machine & Deep Learning algorithm for IoT use cases

- Programming skills using Python

- Creating data visualisations to effectively convey findings

- Data quality to support sound business decisions and effective engineering

- Data manipulation/transformation to uncover trends and insights i.e., sub setting, pivoting, summarisation, sorting etc.

- Project management of smart factory initiatives

- Strong Communication skills with ability to tell stories using data

- Should be well versed with the upcoming technology

Education: MBA/B.E/M.Tech/B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MCA

Experience: 4-7 years, preferably in Manufacturing plants where the candidate has implemented IoT & Analytics projects using AWS services.
