- Responsible for Induction; Joining, Training & Development / PMS / Employee Engagement / HRIS / HR Ops
- Responsible to implement the delivery of business strategy and plan with assigned business group
- Partner with the business to inform talent planning & acquisition activities
- Facilitate talent development actions
- Identify & Deliver Training & Development activities
- Initiate & implement Employee Engagement activities
- Conduct exit interview analysis and suggest methods of controlling attrition
- Coach the business in the execution of performance management processes
- Advise, co-ordinate and mediate on key employee relations issues
- Sourcing talent & ensuring minimum turnaround time for closing open positions
- Should have hands on experience in hiring through various social media channels
- Managing Stakeholder of different verticals across the group
- Managing Interviews, offers and joining formalities
- Checking candidates proficiency on various job competencies
