Assistant Finance Controller

Position: Assistant Controller Finance

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Industrion: Aerospace Engineering components manufacturer

Qualification: CA /CMA/MBA/PGDM

Experience: 2+ years experience in finance reporting / controllership.

Role:

Ensure smooth closure of month-end / quarter-end / year-end activities including necessary reconciliations and reporting. This position required management of all the AP and AR accounting, Inventory, and payment related matters as well. This position will be reporting to the Finance controller.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Support financial reporting activities and ensure financial integrity of operations using IFRS.

- Support over the process of external and internal audit to ensure flow process.

- Completing the month-end / quarter-end / year-end activities including necessary reconciliations and other reporting (FCCS, WELART, SAC etc).

- Effectively manage the entire AP and AR process including the payments.

- Preparation of data for audits.

- Management of inventory value, costs analysis and impairment control.

- Providing support in the preparation of budget reports

- Effective problem-solving for job-related issues

- Support the Finance controller in ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required.

- Fair understanding of IFRS

- Proficient in MS office especially advanced excel.

- Co-ordinate effectively and interact with other geographies - US and Israel

- Experience in handling different ERPs

- frequent travels to Israel- mandatory.

- MBA with max 4 years of experience in finance reporting / controllership.

- High level of proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
