Assistant Director/Senior Manager - Business Transformation - Consulting Firm

- Driving transformation projects

- Leading global process transformation projects using lean/ six sigma tools and techniques

- Experience of identifying and implementing Intelligent Automation opportunities (process mining/ RPA/ AI/ workflow etc

- Developing global operating models leveraging onshore and offshore delivery centers

Mandatory Skills :

- 10-14 years of overall experience of which at least 5-8 years is in independently driving transformation projects in large global organizations or with consulting firms

- Excellent knowledge and experience of leading global process transformation projects using lean/ six sigma tools and techniques

- Hands-on experience of identifying and implementing Intelligent Automation opportunities (process mining/ RPA/ AI/ workflow etc.)

- Experience in developing global operating models leveraging onshore and offshore delivery centers

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skilled in the use of data analysis tools and able to extract insights from complex data

- Excellent Project management skills including ability to manage multiple workstreams/ projects at the same time.

- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
