Reporting Relationship: 1st Level: Assistant Manager-Sales, 2nd Level: Branch Manager
Responsibilities :
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engaging with distributors to identify challenges and helping in resolution
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
- Ensuring adherence to systems and processes on the field
Requirements :
- Experience in General Trade with a reputed FMCG organization
- Candidate should be mobile across the branch territory and comfortable relocating across India in the long-term
- Team Lead experience is a plus
