Analyst - Program Management - O&G - TIER 1 Management Consulting Firm

- Our client (consulting firm) is undertaking a large operations transformation /profitability improvement program in a large Public Sector Enterprise(PSE) in India.

- The program is for 3 years and already there is a team of consultants carrying out analysis and improvement idea generations on the ground.

- Now, there is a need for a strong program management analyst, who can collate all improvement initiatives that are ongoing and provide timely insights to the consulting team on the implementation gaps and action needed.

- The analyst will work closely with the consultants on the ground and also with the PSE team to collect data, analyze and report back. Basically the analyst has to get data from PI diagrams.

- The analyst will be part of the consulting team and will travel to the client along with the consulting team.

- This is a 1-year contractual role and expendable upon project requirements.

Required Skills:

- Must-Have excellent interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Advance Excel, Python, Business Analytics, etc.

- An MBA from good colleges will be preferred
