AGM/ DGM - FR&D - Exp in Solid Dosages @ Bangalore

Formulation Research & Development :

- Implementing research plan, interpreting and analyzing the formulation & revising/designing the research protocol from time to time.

- Performing granulation, blending, compression and various formulation processes as per the research plan; conducting formulation optimization & process optimization studies.

- Formulating strategies and ensuring smooth functioning of the Formulation Department.

- Looking after formulation development, scale-up and commercialization of the products

- Segregating the projects on the basis of importance and completing development of stable bio-equivalent formulation on time, in-line with the communication from senior management Involved in formulation development scale up and commercialization of the products

- Communicating with the management from time to time on the progress of the projects / analyzing the formulation and analytical data and revising/designing the research protocol from time to time

- Significant Accomplishments Demonstrated excellence in developing a cost effective extended release formulation

- Deftly identified and rectified process related issues for commercialized products.

Experience in MHRA audits is mandatory.

Preferred : Experience in NDD(New Drug Discovery)
