Role:- Advisor cume leader who is responsible to design & implement the Digital Transformation journey and IT function for our client's hospitals and ensure the organization is Technology ready to manage internal processes & improve patient experience. (Only premium colleges).
Responsibilities:
1. Create the strategic roadmap for digital transformation in Hospitals/healthcare.
2. Set the direction and establish the approach of operations, improve the applications and IT infrastructure, and optimizes their business operations.
3. Establish data science & move to predictive analytics for better patient outcomes & services
4. Responsible for core systems, security, network, infra and system maintenance & IT operations across the organization
5. Work on automation, AI & customer lifecycle management through right digital applications
6 Overall custodian of Data, Infra, Security, Assets, and applications
Job profile:-
Setup and manage the forum to promote digital transformation in Healthcare
- Plan and execute the activities for a forum in discussion with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help in the CoE co-create program execution in relevant use cases.
- Drive the CoE messaging via different channels like website, social media etc.
- Represent CoE at different conferences / forums on related subjects.
- Identify and sign-up relevant partners looking for adoption of digital solutions in their operations.
- Help CoE team in better articulating the value proposition that CoE provides and how our partners can benefit.
- Help in defining the matrices that CoE should maintain in terms of what value add we are actually providing to our partners.
- Perform periodic assessment as to whether we are on track or need to shift.
Qualification:
Engineering degree from reputable institute, MBA would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in handling solutions in the domain of healthcare is required.
- Experience in managing solution development in the domain of analytics / Data Science / AI over healthcare.
- Experience in customer engagement, customer satisfaction, delivery management is required.
- Experience in sales lead generation and conversion will an added advantage.
- Should be ready to travel as and when required in the line of job.
- Positive attitude, maturity to interact with top leadership are necessary attributes
