Customer Service Advisor (6-month contract)
Order Management and Customer Service support for India business
1. Order Management & Logistics
- Timely and efficient processing of customer orders (wholesalers, retailers, e-tailers etc.) on due quotes and variances
- Communicate and correct any error that may occur due to inconsistencies between customer's and systems
- Manage value-added services
- Execute customer specific Order Management and Customer Service tasks (reporting, reconciliation, etc.)
- Liaise with 3PL and warehouse suppliers.
- Timely update & validate correct material master in the system. (HSN & GST % Pricing validation)
- Close coordination with DHL and customer for timely delivery Continuous Improvements
- Analyze internal processes and customer's needs to improve order management processes
2. Reporting
- Report customers fill rates, suggest improvements where possible
- Other ad-hoc requests to support India team and office
