This will be followed by understanding the nuances of creating diverse team designs and structures to support productivity and innovation and sustain team performance. Next, you will learn how to master the art of juggling multiple interests, foster collaboration and identify effective strategies for stakeholder management. Lastly, you will understand how to build your credibility as a successful leader by learning to drive change systematically and professionally within your teams.

The course on Leading Teams will help you learn best practices to create team designs and structures, align individual and team goals, establish norms and roles, and foster free expression of concerns and challenges without creating dysfunctional conflicts to harness the productive potential of teams.
