Zyxware Technologies started out as a Drupal services company in 2006 and has transitioned to a Digital Services company covering Consulting, Engineering and Quality Assurance services. We are a Free Software company and our contributions are recognised by the global Drupal community. While Drupal continues to be the core technology of many platforms we build and maintain, over the last two years we have diversified our techstack to include Magento, Wordpress, JavaScript technologies for front end and mobile technologies.

The announced vacancy is for a Senior Manager, International Sales, Digital Services who can take our services to international markets. The candidate will have to evaluate and implement a mix of strategies including developing a lead generation mechanism, sales strategy, collaborate with our services teams and the heads of our subsidiaries in the geographies for this. The candidate will be expected to travel to different countries like US, Australia and GCC countries and there could be extended periods of stay in these countries.

Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following:

1. Developing and running sharply focused sales and marketing strategies for attaining revenue targets including detailed plans and building progress measurement systems

2. Identify country specific marketing initiatives to reach out to potential client organisations and guide the team there on implementation. We have a subsidiary in Australia and USA.

3. Develop and administer a SOP for sales covering lead generation to closure and after sales activity.

4. Regular interactions with the clients and their representative team to define and design the project outlines.

5. Identify strategic partners and forge successful partnership with them; This should be accompanied with the necessary contracting and documentation.

6. Represent the organisation in relevant platforms including conferences, seminars, trade fairs etc.

Must have:

Qualification: MBA with B.Tech/B.E.

Experience:

7 to 10 years of work experience with at least 3 years of experience in the field of software selling.

Skill Sets:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)

- Good at making presentations, closing deals and signing work contracts/Agreements

- Keen interest in internet marketing

- Developed BRS/SRS documents earlier

- Familiarity with markets in these countries will be an advantage.

Desirable:

- Personal interest in the technology sector

- Have travelled to US / UK / Australia earlier

- Once inside the organisation, you will be supported by a digital marketing team and a sales support team. Also, there will be the unstinting support of a senior management characterized by vision, conviction, patience and expertise.
