ROLE DESCRIPTION : - Design content marketing strategies across platforms and media and set short-term and long term goals aligned with the business objectives - Execute content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets - Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market - Manage design and writing teams, including freelancers and agencies, to produce high quality content - Build relationships with blogs and media outlets, write and publish PR articles, and improve our brand awareness/visibility globally - Run impactful marketing and product launch campaigns that will fuel demand gen and/or upsell working in tight collaboration with product and sales teams - Communicate the value proposition of products to the sales organization and develop sales enablement collateral to support selling process - Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met - Provide vision to the content team and inspire team members through delivering engaging content - Optimize content considering SEO and Analytics data - Analyze and report key metrics to discuss performance of campaigns - Manage content localization activities with global offices THE PERSON : - At least 5 years of work experience writing, planning and strategizing cross platform cross channel integrated content programs - Having a great passion for writing and exceptional writing skills; - Exceptionally strong project management skills to drive multiple projects with tight deadlines efectively and to juggle multiple projects quickly; - Excellent people management skills to interact with Marketing, Sales, Leadership and Client Support Teams - Very high attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality - Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus - Proficiency in Google Drive Applications and Content Management Software such as Drupal is a plus - Experience in blogging and blog management is preferred; - Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative, game-changing content marketing ideas - Super energetic positive attitude, strong team player and possessing an entrepreneurial spirit QUALIFICATION : - Education in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field OVERVIEW : Zyxware Technologies, founded in 2006, seeks to deliver true value to its clientele in the digital transformation (dx) space.
