Position : Technical Project Lead

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the planning and execution of all Digital Enablement projects.

- Regular project and issue status reporting back to Stakeholders.

- Manage the intake process for new projects and support issues.

- Develop models to estimate and then communicate the business value of projects to Stakeholders and the wider organization.

- Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections, and communicates program status and activities across multiple levels of management.

- Continuously assesses and improves the processes and mentors, other members of the team, to do the same.

- Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality of highly visible, complex programs.

Skills & Experience

- At least 8 years' experience leading large, complex eCommerce projects from start to finish with measurable results.

- Strong application development experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, MySQL, Mongo.

- Cloud Technologies - Experienced in Architecture and Design across platforms: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes

- Knowledge of modern SDLC practices, agile methodologies & tools such as JIRA.

- Familiarity to Devops and automation tools. Knowledge of Jenkins preferred.

- Experience in Webservices using REST

- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills

- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

- Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies

- Proven experience with creating project value attribution models.

- Excellent organization and time management skills.

- Communication and team management skills.
