Responsibilities
1. Lead as the HR Operations portfolio business owner for the design, implementation, compliance and maintenance of HR systems, Processes, Benefits across People Ops Organization for Company
2. Scale HR, operations, technology teams and drive overall business vision with People Engineering and our technology strategy
3. Build the right culture & reward frameworks to setup growth of the company & capable to create high performing organizations
4. Lead global People Ops's systems technology roadmap scale programs, create capacity within program teams & solve technical challenges
5. Prioritize and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR -Benefits, and more broadly across internal tools/communications
6. Build and lead Global HR knowledge management strategy and delivery. Work with HR leadership to develop the systems and process roadmap to support the regions
7. Drive adoption, communication, and change management of systems changes and/or new system launches across People Ops team
8. Optimize the use of HR tools, drive HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility and aligned with Business
Mandatory Skills
1. 10+ years' experience in HR function as HR Lead for some years at least. Experience leading and growing teams from strategy through to operational execution
2. 5+ years' experience formalizing tangible action plans to operationalize vision. Experience influencing at all levels of organization, driving and implementing company-wide changes
3. Have managed large scalable teams including off-role large teams of 1000+
4. Must have managed blue collar executives too in their previous roles
5. Start up experience would be a must have
6. Ability to manage, grow, and develop individual contributors and leading and managing teams
7. Knowledge of HR best practices in the market as well as legislative and regulatory changes
