Position - Data Analyst

Location - Sector-44, Gurgaon

Mandatory Skills:

1. Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Application with 5+ years' experience in data handling and team management.

2. Experience in a fast paced startup environment is a must.

3. Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.

4. Strong Advanced Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools

Job Description:

1. Work closely with Management to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

2. Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.

3. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.

4. Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combinations of methods and tools within a defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.

5. Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets.

6. Understand data suppliers business, types of supplier setups and logic, data audience & be abridged with all recent agreements & developments.

7. Provide exceptional customer service by working closely and communicating effectively with internal teams and external data suppliers, attending to their questions and requests.

8. Ensure data integrity and setup consistency by managing data collection from multiple sources.

9. Troubleshooting integration issues related to data.
