Requirements :

1. CA mandatory

2. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in finance and taxation

3. Experience in managing financial operations in India

4. Strong knowledge of GST and income tax law

5. Good analytical and communication skills

6. Able to adhere to strict reporting timelines with good quality of deliverable

7. Able to work independently as well as with the team and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Responsibilities :

1. Review and approve accounting entries in Accounting Software

2. Preparation and assistance in monthly MIS and management reports

3. Preparation tax filings and returns (GST, TDS, Income tax)

4. Submit tax filings on time and ensure compliances with local tax laws

5. Ensure timely and accurate closing of finance, tax and accounting activities monthly and report to management

6. Assistance in year end audit and tax audits

7. Ensure India regulatory and statutory reporting is prepared and submitted accurately and on time

8. Manage the accounting and bookkeeping functions of the company

9. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports

10. Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risks
