We are hiring for Category Manager - Cargo/Loader Business at Gurgaon!!

At Zypp Electric, we're on a Mission Zero Emission by accelerating the EV adoption in Last Mile and building a Sustainable Future while creating the Largest Electric Shared Mobility EV-as-a-Service Platform. Zypp is operating a fleet of 13500 EVs and is planning to expand to 100k EVs by next year. Series B funded company which is growing to be a unicorn.

Skills Required:

- 3-6 experience of Cargo/loader/ commercial 3w or 4w logistics experience

- Working in Gurgaon or Delhi or a very strong reason to relocate to Gurgaon

- Good understanding of 3w & 4w logistics business

- Very hands-on with logistics ground operations

- Willing to go on the ground for business understanding and then drive high growth business

- Ability to source and retain the riders by competitive offering and problem resolution

- Ability to work with a large cross-functional team and many stakeholders

- Very good in client relationship & retention

- Data-driven approach in solving a problem

- Ability to drive positive unit economics

- A great problem solver

- Ability to align ground operations with client SLAs

- A tough negotiator

Job Description:

- Lead Growth of Cargo/Loader Business for Zypp

- Own the complete P&L of the Cargo/Loader business

- Drive positive unit economics of the category

- Manage Client relationship and SLAs

- Understand client needs and develop plans to fulfil them inline with Zypp objectives

- Own the complete infrastructure from charging/swapping, parking, security etc.

- Work with Ground operations team for high growth deployment and client resolutions

- Review commercials from time to time and work for competitive structure as per market along with client

- Handle client data to ensure smooth invoicing and pay-out

- Analyse data for trends and ensure better efficiency and smooth operations

Mandatory Qualification:

- Graduate & MBA from Tier 1 college

- ISB, XLRI, IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS will be preferred

- Start up experience would be a big plus

- Must be from Logistic Industry

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

- Willingness to build professional relationships with team and clients.

- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
