We are hiring for Business Head at Gurgaon!!
At Zypp Electric, we're on a Mission Zero Emission by accelerating the EV adoption in Last Mile and building a Sustainable Future while creating the Largest Electric Shared Mobility EV-as-a-Service Platform. Zypp is operating a fleet of 13500 EVs and is planning to expand to 100k EVs by next year. Series B funded company which is growing to be a unicorn.

Experience: 3-8 Years 'experience in revenue/sales/P&L/operations/business
Key Aspects of Role:
- Lead P&L of complete B2B business across India, based out of Gurugram
- Drive results out of a large team - Deliver profitable high pace growth
- Work with Clients ensuring their SLAs are met
- Must have expertise to drive & launch new markets
- Business planning & excel modeling & P&L management skills will be a plus
- Controlled experiments/pilots to improve efficiency and maximize revenue per fleet
- Deliver execution excellence
- Technology driven attitude to scale things using technology & data-oriented approach
- Exhibit Tight control on inventory/assets by building robust processes and check mechanisms
- Strong review mechanism of the team on critical business metrics
- Ability & proven skills showcasing growth in high growth startups
- Start-up experience preferred
Job Requirements:
- MBA from Tier 1 college
- ISB, XLRI, IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS will be preferred
- Start up experience would be a big plus
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with team and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
