Position- Business Head/AGM Business Operations (Retail Sales)
Location- Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore
Mandatory Skills:
1. Retails Sales experience is must
2. Should be capable in achieving the targets
3. Must have handled big team (atleast two level hierarchy)
4. Start-up experience preferred
Role & Responsibilities:- Lead P&L of complete B2B business across India
- Drive results out of a large team - Deliver profitable high pace growth
- Work with Clients ensuring their SLAs are met
- Must have expertise to drive & launch new markets
- Business planning & excel modeling & P&L management skills will be a plus
- Controlled experiments/pilots to improve efficiency and maximize revenue per fleet
- Deliver execution excellence
- Technology driven attitude to scale things using technology & data oriented approach
- Exhibit Tight control on inventory/assets by building robust processes and check mechanisms
- Strong review mechanism of the team on critical business metrics
- Ability & proven skills showcasing growth in high growth startups
