Required Experience: - Preferably a B.Tech graduate or an MBA from a premier institute(FMS, IIFT, IIM, ISB, JBIMS, MDI, NITIE, XLRI, SPJIMR, IIT, BITS, NSIT) with 2-4 years of strategy consulting experience. - Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch. - Looking for candidates from top-tier consulting firms. - Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment. - Bonus points: Experience in SQL. Responsibilities: - Support on Key Projects (50%): You will support the CEO in all strategic projects by helping in structuring & storylining the problem, driving deep analytics, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization, and enabling implementation. - Cross-functional Collaboration (20%): Time and time again, you will be responsible for facilitating the execution of decisions that touch multiple functions of the organization. You will bring together stakeholders from around the organization, structure the problem, assist in assigning responsibilities, and follow up to see through the execution. - CEO Presentations Ownership (20%): Multiple key presentations, either for internal reporting purposes or external talks/ pitches will allow you to the storyline, facilitate the gathering of data, and create decks. - Ownership on Side Projects (10%): As part of the office, you will get exposure to multiple parts of the business where you can engage and assist on any project if it captures your attention! - Will also help in driving key partnerships and managing critical partner relationships.
