Highlight risks, delays, and opportunities to MD & CEO.   - Maintain communication with key personal and manage network of relationships of the chairman's office.   - Develop and participate in marketing presentations.   - Oversee the market and business intelligence research function for the organization.   - Prepare MIS reports by collecting information from various stake holders.   - Coordinate with the Chairman for his appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel.   - Represent the chairman by attending meetings in his absence and record minutes.
