To drive procurement operations for Raw Materials / Packaging Materials &amp; Co-pack Key Responsibilities : - Responsible to strategize on Market and supplier intelligence for commodities/non-commodities, Industry Best Practices &amp; Benchmarking, Reverse Auction, Price Forecasting, Risk and Spend Analysis - Responsible to drive key operations like Contracting, Cost &amp; Volume Optimization, Warehouse planning and Day-to-Day execution for seasonal products to maintain supply continuity as per Inventory norms - To oversee suppliers analysis based on a specific performance criteria to track and evaluate suppliers on monthly basis. Oversee identification of reasons for QA issues and track action plan with timeline to resolve - To Identify supplier related value engineering projects to help reduce cost, operational complexity and generate savings - To lead work with R&amp;D to identify materials for innovation or substitution as per marketing insights - Responsible for delivery of new ingredients to meet new product launches as per required contribution margins - Responsible for Planning &amp; procurement of imported ingredients - Responsible to plan &amp; oversee supplier audits &amp; adherence to quality standards - To lead budgeting basis category &amp; material wise inflation / deflation with supporting market analysis &amp; economic outlook. - To optimize purchases to generate savings through productivity projects to finalize budget in line with company's goals - To execute the standardized supplier pre-qualification process for optimum quality compliance in case of every new/existing supplier development - To oversee contracts management, new supplier development Direct Reports : 2 Education : Graduate in any discipline with a degree in Management from reputed institute
