Opening for Manager - Engineering &amp; Projects (Ahmedabad) Designation: Manager - Engineering &amp; Projects Location : Ahmedabad Reporting : Factory Manager Role Purpose: To ensure predictive, preventive and shutdown maintenance of all utilities and line equipment, responsible for maintenance budgets, executive performance improvement projects in the plant. Areas Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities Key Deliverables - Responsible for preventive &amp; predictive maintenance of all utilities and line equipment. The utilities will include boilers, chillers, compressors, DG sets, Water treatment plant, Effluent treatment plant, Nitrogen treatment plant etc. - Preparing and monitoring plant budget (Fixed &amp; variable) - To work on the cost optimization and improvement related projects at the plant. - Liaising with Government department for various statutory approvals. - Take up various projects under capital expenditure. - Meet power and fuel consumption budgets. Key Activities: - Maintenance Management. - Project deliveries on time - Plant uptime improvement like OEE - Team capability building - Cost effectiveness &amp; productivity Educational Qualifications &amp; Experience: - BE / B. Tech (Mech) 6 - 8 years experience or Diploma Mech / Electrical 10 - 12 years experience; preferably from FMCG industry. Skills &amp; Technical Competencies: - Project installation and commissioning - Auto CAD and/or other engineering software - Knowledge of utilities and line equipment. - Knowledge of PLC, drives, boilers, DG, compressors, ETP, Nitrogen treatment plant &amp; chillers. - Electrical and electronic fault trouble shooting If interested, kindly mail us an updated resume along with following details.
