Functional Reporting : Head Corp Partnering & OD

Role Purpose : The HRBP role is responsible for two main buckets of activities, one related to COE (Center of Excellence) and the other relate to business partnering. The COE bucket focuses on building and implementing programs and processes that support the organization's overall talent strategy, while the business partnering bucket focuses on working closely with business leaders and managers to drive performance and achieve business goals.

COE Responsibilities :

External Communication (LinkedIn) :

- Develop and execute an external communication strategy on LinkedIn to increase the organization's visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates and employees.

- Leverage LinkedIn to showcase the company culture, values, and employee experiences.

Employer Branding Framework and Deployment of Plan :

- Develop and implement an employer branding framework and strategy to attract top talent.

- Execute the plan by creating and promoting the employer brand through various channels, such as social media, job postings, and events.

Communication Updates :

- Develop and execute communication updates to keep employees informed and engaged.

- Develop and execute Pucho to Sahi, Wellness Stars, and other communication initiatives to improve employee engagement.

Publish Business Newsletter :

- Develop and publish a business newsletter to keep employees informed of business updates, accomplishments, and initiatives.

Formal Connects with Team :

- Conduct formal connects with the team to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide support.

Anchor and Execute Employee Engagement Agenda :

- Develop and execute an employee engagement agenda to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention.

- Use various tools, such as surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions, to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

- Implement engagement programs, such as Fun Fridays and Extramile, to boost employee motivation and engagement.

Deploy Induction for New Hire and Improvise Onboarding Experience :

- Develop and deploy an induction program for new hires to help them get acclimated to the organization's culture, processes, and systems.

- Continuously improve the onboarding experience based on employee feedback and best practices.

Timely Connect with New Hires :

- Conduct timely connects with new hires to understand their onboarding experience, address concerns, and provide support.

R&R - Improvisation and Management and Manage BEAM Platform :

- Develop and implement a recognition and rewards program to celebrate employee accomplishments and boost employee morale and engagement.

- Manage the BEAM platform to ensure smooth implementation and usage of the R&R program.

GPTW Action Plan Execution :

- Develop and execute an action plan to improve the organization's Great Place to Work (GPTW) scores and ranking.

Organize and Anchor Townhall :

- Organize and anchor townhall meetings to communicate business updates, achievements, and challenges to employees and gather their feedback and suggestions.

Execute Training & Development Agenda :

- Develop and execute a training and development agenda to build employees' skills, competencies, and career paths.

- Identify training needs through various tools, such as skills assessments and performance evaluations, and develop and implement training programs accordingly.

VISIT Management (Health & Wellbeing App) :

- Manage the VISIT platform to ensure employees have access to a comprehensive health and wellbeing program.

- Promote and encourage employees to use the platform to improve their health and wellbeing.

Offsite/Wellness Day Organize :

- Organize offsite and wellness events to promote team building, relaxation, and overall employee wellbeing.

Business Partnering Responsibilities :

Drive Performance Management :

- Work closely with business leaders and managers to develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with the organization's goals and values.

- Provide support and guidance to managers on performance planning, coaching, feedback, and evaluation.

- Occupancy Rate: Monitor and analyze the occupancy rate of the organization's facilities and work with business leaders and managers to optimize space utilization and cost efficiency.

Attrition % :

- Monitor and analyse the attrition rate of the organization and work with business leaders and managers to identify and address the underlying causes and develop retention strategies.

Job Descriptions Management :

- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions for all positions in the organization.

- Work with business leaders and managers to ensure that job descriptions are aligned with business goals and reflect the required skills, knowledge, and experience.

Skip Level Connects :

- Conduct skip level connects with employees to understand their concerns, feedback, and suggestions.

- Work with business leaders and managers to address any issues and improve the employee experience.

Recruitment :

- Work with business leaders and managers to identify recruitment needs and develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent.

- Use various recruitment channels, such as job postings, social media, and employee referrals, to reach potential candidates.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions.

3P Increment and Management :

- Manage third party increment process and ensure that it is fair, consistent, and aligned with the organization's goals and values.

- Work with business leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and develop career development plans for them.

Key Deliverables :

- SLA Adherence - Ensuring adherence and quality completion of HRBP routine activities

- On-boarding, Payroll / Systems, PEAK Process (Target Functions) (KPI Setting, Target Completion, Quarterly Tracking, 2

- Appraisal Discussion Closure), Individual Development Plan Feedback Communication, Plan Adherence Tracking (Manager & Above)

- % Positions closure within TAT / Average TAT Adherance

- % Adherence to Attrition target

- OTIF delivery of Engagement and communication activities - Townhall/ R&R, Monthly engagements, Wellness Day, WOW.

- OTIF of Campus Engagement Summer and Final - (Trainee program and New hires)

Key Projects : Successful roll out and Sustenance of Empuls, OTIF delivery of GPTW action Plan creation and deployment, OTIF delivery on Employer Branding Project

Key Interactions :

Role Requirements :

Educational Qualifications : PG Degree in HR Management

Experience (Type & Nature) :

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience

- Experience in Business Partnering, HR Operations is preferred
