- Essential Qualification : Graduation + MBA/PGDM (preferable)
- Experience : 5-7 Years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, Strategic mindset, Self-Motivating, Go Getter
- Driving end-to-end talent management program for Zydus Wellness
- Managing design, delivery, execution & logistics for various L&D programs (Group level programs as well as BU specific programs)
- Talent acquisition (Corporate roles)
- Managing induction & on-boarding for all employees at various locations
- Managing internal communication and corporate presence on web platforms
- Implementing various Employee Engagement programs throughout the year
- Experience working on talent management / L&D assignments
- Expertise in verbal & written communication/presentation
- Organizing and multi-tasking skills
- Exposure in talent acquisition.
