About The Role :

Title : Corporate Sales HR (India & ISC)

Job Purpose : The role serves the purpose of partnering with assigned business function/location on all aspects of Employee Operations.

Reporting Structure :

- Reporting : Lead Sales HR

- Cross Functional Stakeholders Sales, Customer Marketing, Commercial Excellence team, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain

Education & Experience Profile :

- Education : MBA-HR

- Experience : 3-5 years of work experience in Business partnering

Technical Competencies :

- Understanding of Key HR Processes

- Prior experience of working in a Sales HR role in any FMCG company is preferred

- Understanding of Business Fundamentals

- Stakeholder Management

- Effective Communication

- Analytical ability, Logical thinking

Behavioural Competencies :

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

- Structured thought process and approach to problem solving

- Have an eye for detail

Key Deliverables :

For the assigned function/location :

- Adherence to SLA on Hygiene People Processes (Payroll, Onboarding, etc)

- Employee Attrition

- Vacant to Start (Hiring Efficiency)

- Delivery on special projects

- All India MIS for Hiring, Database, Attrition (weekly & monthly reports)

- Designing Key initiatives along with Branch HR

- HR operations

Key Activities :

1. Partner with Business on all activities for assigned population

- Partner with principal HoD(s) to understand & drive employee related agenda

- Establish employee connect & handle employee related tasks Engagement, Retention, Exit

- Ably resolve employee queries - HRIS, Policies, Payroll, Attendance, EHS

- Handle all activities related to corporate Third Party Staff (Hiring, Attendance, Monthly Payroll, Annual merit)

2. Partner with CoE on Core HR Processes

a. Facilitate employee hiring in partnership with Line Manager & TA

b. Drive & execute hygiene HR Processes Payroll, On-boarding

c. Implement HR CoE led processes & special projects like Performance Appraisal, Job Evaluation, Benchmarking, etc.
