Associate Manager Finance Key Responsibilities : - Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies in respect to financial transactions - Monitoring and control of overhead expenses in line with Budget/Forecast - Work closely with Finance Operations Controller and highlight areas of concern and suggest measures for cost improvement - Work with Sales & Operation planning team to control OWC and Budgeted production volume - Work with Corporate Finance team to ensure timely closure of financial books, IGAAP, Tax Audit and Cost Audit - Ensure all statutory liabilities/compliances related to State/Central taxes and duties are complied with in order to avoid penal action - Compliance to QRMP policy and procedures relevant to finance function - Suggest measure for productivity improvement and providing MIS to track performance - Evaluation of CAPEX for operations in terms of IRR and NPV - Responsible for implementation of Risk Management Process People Management : - Leading Teams to ensure maximum output and efficient service delivery - Providing guidance & direction to user department with uniform financial closure, synergy/rapport with cross functional Teams - Technical Competencies: Payable Management, Taxation, Internal Controls, MIS, Budgeting, Month end Closing activities, SAP experience preferred - Behavioural Competencies: Good communication, stakeholder management, Analytically strong Qualification : CA
