Job Purpose : Provide assistance on matters of Litigation to uphold the interests of the Organization Key Stakeholders : Internal : Marketing, R&amp;D, GDSO, Finance functions, Group Corporate Legal Affairs External : Regional / State level tribunals / Bodies of Law, Legal Consultants, Audit firms Qualification : BA LLB Experience : 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, prior experience in FMCG preferred Behavioural Competencies : - Delivering Excellence: Accountability, Quality of Output - Logical Thinking Key Responsibilities : - Assisting in pending litigation matters across factories, branches &amp; corporate office - Maintaining case management data base &amp; assisting on timely report issuance - Liasoning with lawyers and arranging relevant documents / personnel for the forthcoming hearing - Assisting in case reduction - Draft relevant replies to the notices - Assist on ensuring compliance to Local Laws, Corporate Governance Policies within organization Supporting Responsibilities : - Support on matters of Non Litigation - Legal documents drafting &amp; vetting, Compliance documentation &amp; tracking, maintenance of IPR Data base
