4. Create market-mapping data of Industry.
5. Talent Acquisition via various sources such as Succession Planning, Job portals like iim jobs, Naukri.com, Monster, Linked in, Google, Facebook etc.,
6. Campus Hiring, Employee Referral, IJP- s, IJT- s, Professional Networking, Consultants, Advertisement and Headhunting.
7. Candidate should be from Pharmaceutical industry / Pharmaceutical consultant background
- Having earlier experience working in Consultancy Firm as Recruiter for 2-3 years.
