We are looking for a VP of Marketing whose role would involve leading the marketing efforts of our B2B software product that addresses ESG-related challenges and opportunities. ESG has gained significant importance in the business world, as companies are increasingly focusing on sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance practices. Your role would be pivotal in promoting and positioning our ESG software product in the market. if you have extensive experience in B2B SAAS Marketing, we would like to speak with you.

Here's an overview of what your responsibilities might entail:

- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop a clear and compelling value proposition for our ESG software products. Craft messaging that highlights how our products can help companies achieve their ESG goals, improve transparency, and enhance their overall sustainability performance.

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with ESG trends, regulations, and market dynamics. Understand your target audience's pain points, needs, and preferences to tailor your marketing strategies effectively.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Devise a comprehensive strategy for launching and promoting our ESG software products. Determine the right channels (online, events, partnerships) to reach your target customers and create a roadmap for product promotion.

- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos that educate the market about ESG challenges and the role your software products play in addressing them.

- Collaboration with Product and Sales Teams: Work closely with product managers to ensure that marketing messages accurately reflect the capabilities of the software products. Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell the ESG software.

- Thought Leadership: Establish our company as a thought leader in the ESG space. Speak at industry conferences, write articles, and participate in panel discussions to showcase our expertise and the value of our software products.

- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing strategies such as SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to reach a wider audience and generate leads.

- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify potential partners or industry associations that align with our ESG goals. Collaborate with these organizations to expand our reach and credibility in the market.

- Customer Engagement: Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and turn them into advocates for our product.

- Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the marketing efforts. Regularly analyze data to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the marketing materials and messaging comply with relevant ESG regulations and guidelines.

- 15 to 20 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
