POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : - The VP/AVP/Director - Delivery owns and leads the customer engagement and delight road map at Zycus. This position owns the responsibility of designing the framework for efficient implementation of Zycus SAAS Solutions for Customers based out of United States. - This position will lead technology implementation, capacity planning/scaling, and operations. - This position will manage multiple stakeholders and accounts under implementation and operations - The VP/AVP/Director - Delivery will create an efficient and effective delivery architecture which will drive results on operational efficiency through Business process automation, customer satisfaction, faster TAT. - The VP/AVP/Director - Delivery manages the Pilot projects team and enables Pre-Sales for tech-wins - This position will be responsible for managing Center of Excellence (COE) model in the areas of - Domain Consulting and expertise, Technical Consulting and Business Processes Engineering - This position commands the ability to influence all product lines by creating a Voice of Customer program and help in defining Product roadmap through aggressive Market and customer listening. - Responsible for relationship building with Customer's C-Level/top management and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction and growth of the account. - Responsible for people processes in the function - Hiring, employee Engagement, Growth and Culture development. - Collaborate and drive customer initiatives with Zycus - internal stakeholders like Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success managers, Finance &amp; Legal, etc. REQUIREMENTS : - 15 - 25 yrs experience in Leading Delivery and Portfolio - Excellent in client engagement and communication - Should have handled end to end Delivery Implementation - Should have client handling experience at Global Level (International Preferred) - Must have led PnL/Portfolio - Must have strategic involvement BENEFITS : Zycus believes in an open culture learning environment, where everyone gets a chance to share their ideas and deliver par excellence.
