JOB DESCRIPTION Zycus is looking for a Strategic Communication Expert who will be responsible for delivering key insights that can highlight the effects of economic, financial, environmental, political and social factors on the financial and procurement health of organizations across various geographies. Qualified candidates will be able to assist efficiently with multiple projects, clients, and new business prospects to give ideas an extra dimension. The position will be responsible for not only translating sales objectives into communication strategies but will also be tasked with proficiently training the Business Development team on the best practices of creating compelling proposals. Ultimately, this role drives innovation at the communication strategy level and guides the BD team to take an impact-driven approach for all modes of business communication. RESPONSIBILITIES - The incumbent will report directly to the Manager - Training and Development (Sales) and will be Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst Manager - Strategic Communication. - Develop Stakeholder engagement strategies around burning business challenges and future vision - Need to be an impact-driven communications strategist who could deliver successful 360-degree communication campaigns - Should be able to drive forward-looking communication strategy focused on compelling factors, micro and macroeconomic news, PEST factors, industry news, competition and latest technology - Should be able to identify profitable segments for targeting relevant stakeholders and positioning targeted messaging - Should be able to design communication programs to support internal BD and Sales Campaigns - Understanding of geographical email nuisances - Should be able to direct and execute video communication for BD and Sales - Help BD and Sales tell fantastic stories of customers- success, business innovation, technological vision and execution, and competitive differentiation through a blend of strategic communication channels - Will be responsible for auditing communication for BD and leading SC training and certification process - Coach Business Development and Sales to deliver compelling messages which based on prospect personas, functions and line of business (Via Email and Social Media) - Conduct ongoing research on external communication trends to leverage the most appropriate mix of communication channels. - Work closely with Manager - Training and Development to develop training programs for Business Development representatives. REQUIREMENTS - Graduate/ Post Graduate from any stream. - Demonstrates a solid understanding of how to underpin business goals with a communications strategy - Advanced strategic thinking and planning - Problem-solving skills are required - Digitally connected and curious - Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Adobe Creative. - Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence. - Impeccable writing and proofreading skills with the ability to write compelling communication pieces. - A high level of personal integrity and professionalism.
