Reporting into the Director - Human Capital Management, this role requires an individual to have a passion for learning and development with a proactive self-starting attitude.  What you'll do:  - Liaise with stakeholders to meet training needs  - Conceptualize and Develop training content  - Design effective training programs, conduct seminars, workshops and individual training sessions  - Deliver behavioral training programs  - Create training centre for technical training  - Monitor & ensure that all the training programs are conducted as per process  - Conduct training evaluations to identify areas of improvement.  - Monitor employee performance and response to training  - Manage training budgets  Requirement :  Ideal Candidate would have:  - Conducted training sessions for managers and senior leadership level  - Ability to create content of training program  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Proven record of at least 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar role  QUALIFICATION :  - Full time Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Tier-1 B-School  - Candidate should have at least 7 years of industry experience in learning & development with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management  BENEFITS :  - We are a growing software product company.
