Providing clear guidance, support and leadership to the delivery team - Possess ability to learn to be conversant in features, functionality and applicability of the entire Source to Pay suite including Sourcing, Contracts, Spend Analysis, P2P, as well as possess expert knowledge in Spend Analysis domain. - Work on development of Spend analysis &amp; procurement best practices, spend analysis/Procurement Strategies and assets and stay up to date on relevant topics/trends, technologies and Zycus capabilities - Provide best practice, insights and/or expertise to others Skills &amp; Experience : - 4-7 years of Business Process Modeling/Re-design and implementation of Spend analysis Solutions - Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of spend analysis solution, domain taxonomy creation and spend data analysis - Proven ability to mentor and manage teams - Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer thought leadership and solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits - Strong customer-facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees - Advanced MS Excel &amp; PowerPoint skills - Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn new tools &amp; techniques to solve business problems.
