The position reports to the CEO. The incumbent will drive the business growth by successfully handling complexity in an innovation intensive environment.  REQUIREMENTS  The ideal candidate would be:  Professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of experience as a CFO / Finance Controller within a Business Unit  A senior management professional must experience and exposure to IT / Services domain  A leader who is commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful and influential with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.  Exceptional communication skills at all levels.  Adept with strong IT skills and always ahead of new technologies.  Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.  High integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance.  Energetic, highly motivated, with a passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.  Exposure to PE / VC ecosystem or any other innovation intensive set-up would be advantageous.  Excellent understanding of USGAAP, IGAAP and SOX is a must.  BENEFITS  An opportunity to be a lead the entire function of a fast growing and exciting business with a global footprint.  Compensation is competitive in the Industry.
