Zycus is looking for an Associate Director of Product Management with proven experience in building a world-class successful SAAS software product. As our Associate Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the company's success not only by optimizing the efficiency of our existing products but also innovating new products to solve the problems for our customers. In addition to this, you will lead a team of product managers, develop visions and sustainable strategies in order to build on the success in close co-operation with all company departments.

The Role & Responsibilities of the position would include:

- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio

- Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our Products

- Development and implementing strategies that help in the product growth

- You will represent the company with regard to strategic customers, press and analysts. Interacting with users, performing market research, and developing the product

- Evangelizing, influencing, and collaborating with the product marketing team to ensure proper informative and impactful engagement with the market through branding, blogs, e-mailers and white papers.

- Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area

- Conducting feature training and demo sessions with sales and support teams

Requirements :

Key Skills that we are looking for:

- 10+ yrs of relevant Product Management Experience

- Full time MBA from a Tier 1 B-School

- Proving experience in building a commercially successful Complex Enterprise SAAS Software Product.

- Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills

- Ability to Visualize and conceptualize new ideas and solutions

- Passionate about creating intuitive, simple user experiences and a strong eye for usability and quality design.

- Strong Technical Knowledge- You should be comfortable working with engineering leadership to prioritize broadly and you understand the technical complexities of your product area

- Strong Organizational skills: You should be able to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization. You would have experience working closely with Engineering, Sales & marketing partners. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders and should be able to manage competing needs to drive alignment and resolution

- Ability to handle ambiguity and change. You are curious, optimistic, and a skilled problem-solver. You embrace the unknown and are able to adapt to shifts in priorities. You look outside your day to day to ensure you keep learning and growing
