Zwende - Business Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS

If you are a data geek and love to power decisions and product development with the application of data, then this role is for you. We are looking for sharp, analytical minds with a - growth- mindset - minds that can crunch huge volumes of data, solve complex problems, proactively use data for business decision making and clearly identify opportunities of growth and conversion improvement using data and insights. This role reports in the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer.

- Drive Business/Revenue, Growth, Product/Website and Marketing Analytics

- Work with Business and Marketing teams to define KPIs that matter

- Create, set-up and maintain dashboards by aggregating reports across platforms/tools for revenue reporting and marketing across channels

- Derive insights and identify opportunities for growth and key metrics improvement across organic and paid channels - both for business and product teams

- Analyse digital marketing data to prioritise spend across channels (search and social)

- Ideation & implementation of conventional and creative ideas to improve the above KPIs

- Influence product/ website changes by analysing user data and running experiments

- Generating product and user insights and working closely with the Product manager to make product and design decisions

Requirements :

- Tier 1 Undergrad (IIT, NIT, BITS etc) with 0-2 Years of Experience

- Comfortable working with different reporting tools and aggregating reports from all platforms.

- Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with big data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to understand key metrics and apply these to business.

- Candidate should have an eye for detail, rigor and execution cadence

- Strong, robust MS Excel skills and proven competency in numeracy and logical reasoning

- Knowledge of scripts such as VB, Python, MySQL is a must

- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and other analytic tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude is a plus

- 1-2 years of experience in a growth role in an online business is an added advantage

- Effective and proactive communication skills

- Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty. You should be a hustler and be comfortable multitasking.

- You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the work done yourself on an ongoing basis.

Additional Information :

- Flexible Working Hours. Indicative timing: 9AM to 7PM. Monday to Saturday

Location : Indiranagar, Bangalore (currently remote)

- 1-2 months probation before conversion to full-time
