What are we looking for - - 4-7 yrs of work experience in user research, with a background in Psychology, HCI, Design or related fields. - Strong understanding of user research methods and when to use, strong experience with ethnographic and usability testing, field research and benchmarking. - Good communication (team work, empathy, ability to influence business decisions) and presentation skills. - Experience working with market research vendors. - Strong experience with planning, executing and analyzing formative and summative studies. - Hindi speaking and willingness to travel nationally. - Growth mindset, unbiased/ open minded and openness to give and receive feedback. - Experience with Quant Research - planning, executing, analyzing and reporting Quant Research. - Any additional local language. - Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
