Zupee - Senior Manager - BTL & Events

Responsibilities:

- The ideal candidate will Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to promote games & brand and to directly engage with the target audience.

- Identify and evaluate new channels to reach users, sponsorship opportunities for events.

- Develop and manage budgets for BTL activities.

- Plan, organize, and execute various events, ranging from national ludo tournament to streaming of gameplays.

- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and to make improvements for future events.

- Ensure all activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy.

Qualifications

- The role holder should have 7+ years of experience in BTL & Event Management strategies, out of her/his overall experience.

- S/he must have proven track record of Project Management with attention to detail.

- S/he must have experience in Budget Management.

- S/he has the ability to do Close coordination with vendors.

- S/he should be ready to be on field while activity is on

- S/he is analytical, curious, a problem solver and can influence stakeholders

- S/he must have Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems

- S/he must have Time management skills.
