ABOUT THE JOB

As we enter our next phase of growth, partnerships & inorganic initiatives will be a key part of our strategy. You'll be at the forefront of these initiatives as a part of the Corporate Development team at Zupee

Here's what you will do -

- Develop and implement growth strategies for the business, which include launching new business lines, establishing strategic partnerships, facilitating investments and M&A activities.

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis in the real money gaming segment and other sectors of interest, to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.

- Oversee end-to-end deal execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and finance.

- Manage investor relations and assist with fundraising initiatives.

What are we looking for -

- 4-6 years of experience in venture capital, corporate development in an internet startup or investment banking

- Strong business acumen, ability to understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships

- Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills, the ability to extract insights from data and simplify complex problems

- Strong track record of deal execution

- Ability to create persuasive business proposals and convincingly engage with senior stakeholders.

- Broad understanding of the internet startup landscape, the gaming and tech industry, and financial regulations.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
