Initial job requirements:

- Fund-raise from various types of domestic and global investors.

- Various types of small and big M&As.

- Good understanding of tax aspects of fund-raise and M&As.

- Oversee company secretarial function and broader Information Technology law and other statutory compliance for domestic and global operations.

- Draft and negotiate techno-commercial contracts.

- People management and working across various cross functional teams.

Qualifications:

- Member of ICSI & LL.B. from a reputable law college.

Experience:

- PQE: 15 to 18 years

- Organizations worked with: A mix of law-firm and in-house experience (preferably from a fast growing Internet startup)
