1. Plan, execute and review Solar Rooftop Installation projects 2. On-board new vendors, and develop relations with current vendors 3. Liaison with team members and Accounts/Sales/Management team for timely delivery of projects 4. Train new employees and measure performance for current employees 5. Handle critical issues to ensure great service 6. Set-up and manage processes for efficient management of operations What we need? 1. 4-8 years- experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role - Growth-stage B2C startup or Management Consulting experience preferred (IIT/IIM Graduates only) 2. Excellent organizational and leadership ability 3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
