Salary offered: 6 - 9 LPA   Zuna Ventures is looking for a self-driven and self-motivated candidate with fluent English who has good knowledge about complete employee life cycle, from employee Engagement, Employee relations, Exit Management, Retention Management, Performance Management, HR Operations etc. Apart from having insights and command over HR he/she will be expected to be a part of getting the company up from ground zero and would be a part of other functions as well  He/She would be expected to perform the following functions proactively :  - The role involves engaging with clients, assessing their talent needs, reviewing the market/talent supply and formulating the talent acquisition strategy for the resp. businesses  - To ensure the perspective of workforce is represented in business decisions so implications are understood and the workforce is proactively managed  - Performs day-to-day activities to meet company objectives  - Always keep up the entrepreneurial culture alive in the office  - Partner with COO to co-create and implement the new strategy.This involved diagnosing the culture, strategy & structure to identify the blocks and opportunities and thereafter communicating and executing the new vision   Key Skills : Dynamism | Strategy Making | Critical Thinking | Strong Language Skills | Managing Change/ Organisation Development | End to End HRM  Note : This function will be highly entrepreneurial as the candidate would be leading the HR function of the organisation single-handedly for a few months alongside other functions  About Zuna Ventures :  Zuna Ventures builds invests and builds customized teams for startups and SMBs based out of the US to support and give them an operational thrust.
