Brief Snapshot of the profile :

The incumbent will be responsible for coordination and results achievement in :

Treasury :

a) MIS Preparations like : Monthly Revolving Cash Flow & Treasury Report & daily Fund Report showing the fund requirement & review of the fund report before sending it to C.O.

b) Fund transfers & Investment / Redemption of Surplus / Deficit in Mutual Fund on the basis of daily fund report.

c) Repayment of Bank Loan, debenture & Interest.

d) To ensure compliance of the terms of the loan agreements.

e) Coordination with the corporate office for the fund requirements & the ongoing treasury key issues

f) Other treasury functions like coordination with the Banks, signatory updation, B.G., Current a/c opening etc.

g) To ensure the timely Bank Reconciliation

Internal Audit :

a) Coordinating with auditors and getting the audit assignments done in a timely manner.

b) Facilitate auditors in providing required documents.

c) Discussing and clarifying their queries raised initially.

d) Coordination between auditors and employees of different departments to provide information and taking replies on queries raised.

Technical Requirement : Experience in SAP Hana (Non-Mandatory)

Educational Qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Years of Experience : 4-6 Years

Behavioural requirements : Good Communication Skills, an Eye for Detail and Good Interpersonal Skills
