Functional Area: Sales
Job Description :
- Manage a Sales volume of Rs.200 Cr.
- Handling team & driving them to achieve the targets.
- Ensure all Quality Parameters are followed as per Quality Norms.
- Strategizing the sales plan for the assigned territory.
- Designing Marketing initiatives.
- To improve Customer Experience by identifying and improving the Customer requirements across Customer touch points.
- Managing the profitability.
- Expanding the network.
