Our people come from diverse backgrounds, but share a passion for quality customer service and dedication- whether our customer is a client or another ZS employee.  Job Description  We seek a Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager to join the Marketing Team in our New Delhi, India office. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing and Communications Manager, this individual will be accountable for leading the execution, optimization and measurement for all digital marketing programs, including email, web, advertising and social. This individual will manage a team based within India and the US. The ideal candidate is results-oriented and analytical, demonstrates proven leadership in managing a cross-functional team and exudes impeccable attention to detail while priding themselves meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.  Responsibilities  - Manage and grow the digital team - Focus on the professional development and day-to-day management of the team (based in both US and India) to ensure focus on defined priorities and delivery of expected results  - Own the marketing contact database - Leverage the team to develop and manage the processes, governance, policies, standards and tools to ensure client data is clean, relevant and preferences are effectively managed   - Dramatically improve website - Work to define requirements and manage a complete website redesign, ensuring the site is SEO and mobile optimized, engaging and a useful resource for our clients  - Work with our consulting team - Establish creative approaches to empower our consulting team to share thought leadership with their clients and extended network   - Improve results of email marketing - Evolve the existing email program (includes A/B testing and lead nurturing) to deliver communications that align with ZS culture and engage the audience in a way that produces results   - Own marketing technologies - Direct the team on the day-to-day management of the marketing technology stack: Salesforce.com, Marketo, Sitecore, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.  - Manage advertising channels - Partner with media publications to negotiate advertising spend and to increase marketing results, while managing the prioritization and promotional calendar for outbound marketing  - Lead analytics & reporting across the marketing organization - Generate dashboards and reports to track marketing campaign performance, offering actionable insights and ROI metrics to Industry Marketing and senior business leaders, while taking actionable next steps to improve future marketing programs  - Maintain the integrity of the ZS brand - Work with the Visual Communications and Editorial team to ensure our brand is clearly explained and represented in all digital channels and efforts.  Qualifications  - BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred  - 8-10 years of relevant experience  - Proven experience successfully leading a cross-functional digital marketing team   - Understanding of best practices and processes in B2B campaign management  - Demonstrated experience with marketing and web technologies, ideally Salesforce.com, Marketo, Hubspot, Sitecore, and Google Analytics  - Proven experience leading the efforts to update a complex corporate website  - Proven experience measuring the impact of marketing / demonstrating hard ROI  - Exceptional English verbal & written communication skills; experience working with teams in North America   - Exceptional project management and problem solving skills  - Self-motivated and independent  - Flexibility to travel to US approximately 3-4 times per year  Like Follow Subscribe   ZS in India ranks 13 in the Dream Companies To Work For list by Times Ascent and WHRD  ZS Recognized as a Top 10 Analytics Solution Provider
