ZS- India Capability and Expertise Centers house more than 60% of ZS people across two locations based in Pune and Gurgaon. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology.

Job Details - HR Specialist - Information Systems

- This role will maintain and upgrade ZS HR technology solutions suite (HRIS), ensuring they support our business, core HR processes and drive effectiveness and efficiency in our HR operations and analytics.

- Work with internal stakeholders to help manage technology solutions that support the firm's overall strategic direction and are consistent with systems and employment legislation;

- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners (IT, business partners, HR functions, vendors, etc.)

- Optimize, streamline and administer HR systems and technologies, including ongoing enhancements and upgrades;

- Deliver HR technology solutions that provide a high value for HR practitioners and other key stakeholders;

- Identify issues, challenges, or problems; research and implement process or technology improvements;

- Steer global HR systems implementations to drive ease of use, scalability, and value for HR;

- Coordinate vendor relationships and monitor deliverables, timelines and expectations and budget;

- Manage and prioritize day-to-day requests;

- Be a thought leader in the area of HR processes and technical solutions;

- Be a role model for best practices in collaboration, delivering high-value results, and engagement;

- Build and support global collaboration for delivering results;

- Function as internal consultant to stakeholders to deliver process improvement, tools, tips, etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources or a related technical field, Master's degree strongly preferred;

- 10 years of experience in HRIS/technology administration and/or product management, including two years of project management experience;

- SAP HR Certified and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) highly desirable;

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Knowledge of HR industry and technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR systems;

- Experience providing technology solutions to global HR organizations; specific experience in utilizing SAP (SuccessFactors) and in optimizing core HR tools;

- Familiarity with business and management principles involved in work force planning, recruiting, scheduling, training and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation management, payroll and benefits, employee self-service, business analytics and reporting and HR measurement;

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service;

- Professional presence and communication (oral and written), active listening skills;

- Pragmatic and hands-on project management approach while providing guidance and advice at all levels;

- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver and support data integrations across global platforms and implement new platforms, using strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task;

- Proven ability to work in a team environment, creating partnerships across multiple levels;

- Demonstrated drive for results, with appropriate attention to detail and commitment;

- Ability to communicate technical info and ideas in non-technical terms so others will understand;

- Ability to make recommendations based on cost/benefit analysis of potential actions;

- Good sense of humor appreciated.
