Job Description -&nbsp; - The Manager position is the precursor to the Associate Principal and Principal Positions, and therefore part of the ZS leadership ladder. - Every Manager leads one or more Spaces, i.e. business units focused either on a specific client, or a specific expertise area. Therefore ZS Managers are responsible for innovation, thought leadership, relationship management, people growth and defining-running-refining their space operating model, guided closely by Principals. - Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client and ZS-leader relationships immediately. Managers enter ZS either as generalists across practice areas or industries, or as specialists within one area. Job Responsibilities -&nbsp; Based in Pune, the job entails training, developing and setting up a team in Pune that can regularly deliver work across HEOR and Epidemiology for Pharmaceutical clients based in Europe. We are looking for a lead with great coaching skills but also one with very good collaborative approaches with the onshore counterparts based in Frankfurt. Specifically, the responsibilities include: - Coordinate the development of HEOR related analysis plans, data review and statistical analysis - Interpret analysis and craft statistical sections of integrated reports - Provide expert statistical input into and review of statistical deliverables - Act as statistical team lead for complex projects - Understand the Scope of Work, budget and quote assumptions, estimate the work completed, manage scope, and provide revenue and resource forecasts for projects. May manage project budget and resource requirements - Perform the review of RFPs and QIPs, prepare proposal text and attend pitch meetings in EU - Manage customer relationships based in EU and provide training and mentorship to junior staff members and newcomers Qualifications - PhD or Master's degree in any discipline and at least 8-10 years- relevant experience; - Have in-depth knowledge of applicable EU regulatory requirements that inform HEOR modelling and analyses, and relevant statistical methods and computing packages - Experience in Oncology HEOR modelling preferred - Take strong individual initiative, show dedication to quality and present excellent organization skills - Lead effectively multiple tasks and projects - Lead and co-ordinate small teams, work in tandem with EU counterparts - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients - Have excellent written and oral presentation skills - Flexibility on travelling between EU and Pune for key meetings In addition, we seek individuals with the following - Desire to make a business impact for our clients - Leadership experience - Personal initiative and strong work ethic - Self-motivation and detail orientation - Organization &amp; planning skills - Communication skills What opportunities exist at ZS?
